Resale

Our products are individual use, not resale. Have a store and think Kin & Care products are a perfect fit? Please ask us about spreading our story and setting up a wholesale account. You can reach us at orders@kinandcare.com for more information on availability, pricing and terms.

Lead Times & Shipping

Retail orders ship 2-5 days after receipt of your order via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Bulk and/or wholesale orders ship within 2-3 weeks in order to accommodate the schedules of our candle makers.

Damages

We do our best to safely package each candle, but accidents in transit sometimes occur. If your order was damaged, please (1) Take a photo of the damaged product (2) Take a photo of the packing as it was received (this will help us track down the cause), and (3) Email both photos to orders@kinandcare.com

We'll send you a replacement item or refund your order, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges & Returns

Requests to exchange or return items from your order must be received within 14 days, after which all sales are final. Returned items must be in their original, unused and undamaged condition in order to qualify for an exchange or refund. Items must be received within 30 days after initial receipt. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping and tracking costs. 

International Orders

International orders are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at orders@kinandcare.com to make your order request and discuss shipping options.

Local Shopping

For customers in the Washington, DC area that wish to pick up their orders locally, please contact us and we will refund your shipping cost. Items can be picked up at our sister store, Olive & Loom in North Bethesda, MD. The address is:
